Job Description
  • 2-6 years of hands on development experience in Java, JEE
  • Understanding and analysing requirements
  • Experience using Spring framework
  • Experience in REST webservices
  • Experience using Ant/Maven
  • Hibernate/MyBatis would be a plus
  • Activiti/jBPM would be a plus
  • Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Description
  • Identify prospects, generate leads from the assigned market territory
  • Qualify the leads, meet customers, understand pain area & requirement
  • Software demo to decision makers, co-ordinate with technical team, prepare proposal, negotiation & close deals
  • IBuild a good sales funnel, update opportunities on CRM, plan day to day activities to achieve sales targets
  • Post sale activities include coordination between delivery team & customer to schedule Implementation, Training & payment collection
Desired Profile
  • Graduate with upto 3yrs work experience in software sales to corporate customers
  • Candidates with prior experience of selling software applications like ERP preferred but not mandatory.
  • Good communication (verbal & written) & presentation skills
  • Good relationship management skills across different levels of customer’s organization
  • Self starter, open to learn with go-getter attitude
